ABOUT FTAI AVIATION LTD. (NASDAQ: FTAI)

FTAI owns and maintains commercial jet engines with a focus on CFM56 and V2500 engines. FTAI’s propriety portfolio of products, including the Module Factory and a joint venture to manufacture engine PMA, enables it to provide cost savings and flexibility to our airline, lessor, and maintenance, repair, and operations customer base. Additionally, FTAI owns and leases jet aircraft which often facilitates the acquisition of engines at attractive prices. Compensation:
The starting salary range for this position is $21.09 to $34.35 per hour, commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications. With internal training, time, and career progression, hourly compensation may increase to a maximum of $45.48 Employees working the second shift receive an additional shift premium of $1.15 per hour. This position is also eligible for overtime.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to work with others to make suggestions and improve procedures
  • Must follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning aircraft engine components
  • Mechanical and chemical cleaning, sandblasting of aeronautical parts
  • Check output for consistency with specifications and eliminate defects
  • May be required to transport parts, components or modules from one workstation or center to another
  • May be required to lift parts up to 20 pounds
  • May be required to work in another category.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the aeronautical field / manufacturing industry an asset
  • Ability to read and understand instructions in English
  • Be autonomous, able to work without supervision
  • Be meticulous and organized.
  • Be able to work with and manipulate chemical solutions.
