Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Resolver GRC Consultant with strong technical expertise and hands-on implementation experience to support the delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for large financial institutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Resolver platform from both a technical and end-user perspective and will be comfortable engaging directly with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Resolver GRC platform, providing technical and functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and support the implementation and configuration of Resolver solutions for mid-sized to large banking and financial services organizations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into configuration specifications and technical design documentation.
  • Develop and maintain configuration requirements, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations within the Resolver platform.
  • Act as a client-facing consultant, providing recommendations and best practices while building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Partner with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of the Resolver GRC platform.
  • Proven experience implementing Resolver solutions in mid-sized to large banking or financial services organizations.
  • Deep understanding of GRC processes, including risk management, compliance, incident management, and operational risk.
  • Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and technical specifications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops and configuration design sessions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with integrations, data migration, reporting, and workflow configuration within Resolver.
  • Familiarity with banking regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation or technology implementation projects.

Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Resolver GRC: 3 years (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
