- Provide technical support to maintenance engineers and tradespeople.
- Develop detailed electrical work packages, including scope, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and installation instructions.
- Prepare, update, and interpret electrical drawings (single line diagrams, layouts, and interconnection drawings).
- Translate engineering designs into constructible, executable field work.
- Ensure designs and work packages are complete, practical, and aligned with field requirements.
- Support field execution through clarifications, redlines, and as-built updates.
- Perform asset inspections and support field walkdowns.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement.
- Provide general technical expertise in improving plant reliability.
- four to seven years of relevant work experience;
- equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
- strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills; and
- work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
- Applied Science Technologist (AscT.), certified engineering technologist, or equivalent;
- experience developing work packages or job plans;
- experience with electrical drawings and drafting tools;
- understanding of industrial electrical systems;
- previous industrial/mining maintenance experience; and
- experience using SAP based maintenance applications.

Salary Range: $96,250 - $120,310
