  • Provide dedicated support and office hours via Slack and Asana (ET)
  • Work with Marketing to create communication and training materials as needed
  • Analyze complex business problems and determine a solution
  • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover to the client
  • Support Sales by conducting Asana product walkthroughs and demos bringing the deal closer to a won opportunity
  • Provide project status updates, monitor resource allocation, and track time to ensure your projects stay within scope and budget
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Inherent technical understanding of how systems integrate as well as the tooling and ecosystems around them
  • Experience responding to technical questions and security requirements from customers
  • A storyteller who is comfortable with leading calls of 5-100 people at a time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think dynamically and answer customer questions on the fly
  • Experience developing technical documentation including storyboarding, business requirements, SOPs, flowcharts, use cases and presentations
