We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to educate customers about products in a professional manner. This role involves assisting customers with their selections, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. Multilingual abilities and experience in retail or hospitality are highly valued to enhance customer interactions. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance based on their needs and preferences
• Educate customers on product features, effects, and proper usage in compliance with regulations
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance
• Upsell products to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store environment is clean and inviting
• Manage inventory levels through proper filing, stock replenishment, and product rotation
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word
• Handle customer inquiries professionally via communication skills in English and French (bilingual preferred)
• Follow all safety protocols including heavy lifting when necessary for stock movement or display setup
• Uphold compliance with all state regulations regarding cannabis sales

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or a customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, computer operation, and basic math skills are advantageous
• Multilingual abilities (English plus French or other languages) are considered a strong asset
• Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in merchandising, filing, time management, and inventory control
• Leadership qualities or prior supervisory experience are a plus but not required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when needed and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
