Part-Time Bubble Tea Crew Member — <PERSON>

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Part-Time Bubble Tea Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in the food industry while working in a fun and fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks according to company recipes and standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Manage customer orders with professionalism and efficiency
  • Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food assembly and serving
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math calculations as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry, barista experience, or in bubble tea stores.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work well in a team environment in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during busy periods
