Full job description

Located in beautiful and growing communities, Ryuko offers brunch, omakase, and premium Japanese dining in a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. We are looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy working with people and are committed to delivering a positive dining experience.

Available Positions

  • Server
  • Busser

Responsibilities

Server

  • Provide attentive and professional table service
  • Greet guests, take orders, and assist with menu selections
  • Provide menu guidance, including wine and sake recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with guests and the kitchen team
  • Help maintain a clean and organized dining area

Busser

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently
  • Assist with plates, glassware, and dining room supplies
  • Support Servers during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area
  • Work cooperatively as part of the front-of-house team

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but training is available
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
  • Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers in English
  • Korean language skills are an asset
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
