We are now hiring a Line Cook/Prep Cook at our District location in Calgary, AB. Our growing team has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare menu items according to Central recipes and quality standards
  • Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep as required
  • Portion, label, and stock ingredients to support efficient kitchen operations
  • Ensure the highest level of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Work well under pressure while maintaining an organized workstation
  • Support the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen team

What You've Done:

  • 1-2 years of restaurant/kitchen experience
  • 1+ years of cooking experience
