We are currently looking for a Breakfast cook eager to join our team of elite hospitality professionals who redefine luxury service and guest experience on a daily basis.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with breakfast team to set up for breakfast and weekend brunch
  • Prep breakfast items
  • Primarily cooking on line
  • Set up breakfast banquet services
  • Assist with Staff meal prep
  • Maintain all standards set forth by Chef

Qualification Requirements

  • Basic Food Safe certification or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of refined cooking techniques
  • Willingness to adapt to unique & special requests in order to exceed guest expectations
  • Minimum 1 year progressive culinary experience
  • European or hotel experience an asset
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
