Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our operations. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards
- Utilize POS systems to manage sales and track inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Skills:
- Proven experience in the food service industry, preferably as a cook or in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
