What You’ll Be Doing

As our FOH (Front of House) Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our guests leave with smiles on their faces. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead the Floor: Take charge of the dining area, ensuring seamless service and a top-notch guest experience.
• Barista Extraordinaire: Put your barista skills to good use, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages that wow our customers.
• Team Leadership: Support and guide the FOH team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Problem Solver: Handle any challenges that arise with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings experience, energy, and a love for hospitality to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, with proven experience as a barista and running a floor independently.
• Leadership Skills: The ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Customer Service Savvy: A commitment to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and a calm approach to handling challenges.
• Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
