What You'll Be Responsible For

• Creating a positive and engaging culture where people enjoy coming to work
• Leading by example and maintaining a visible presence on the floor
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining great people
• Driving sales growth and restaurant profitability
• Managing budgets, labour, food costs, and financial performance
• Upholding Browns Socialhouse standards in food, beverage, and hospitality
• Leading effective pre-shift meetings and ongoing training
• Building team knowledge through education, product training, and development
• Maintaining accountability and operational excellence throughout the restaurant

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a leader who enjoys building teams, developing people, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications include:

• Minimum three years of restaurant leadership or management experience
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
