Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Brewer to join our brewing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beverages and possess a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and manufacturing processes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on producing high-quality beer products. The Brewer will be responsible for overseeing various stages of the brewing process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to industry standards.

Duties

  • Manage the entire brewing process from mashing to fermentation, ensuring product quality and consistency
  • Operate packaging equipment to prepare finished products for distribution
  • Utilize forklift and other machinery to handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing equipment and work areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Monitor and control temperature, pressure, and other critical parameters during brewing stages
  • Conduct mechanical inspections and perform basic troubleshooting on brewing equipment
  • Assist in inventory management of ingredients and supplies required for production
  • Follow all food industry regulations and manufacturing protocols to ensure safe food processing practices
  • Maintain accurate records of batch processes, ingredient usage, and quality checks using basic math skills

Experience

  • 1+ year of brewing experience is required
  • Knowledge of packaging operations and forklift operation is advantageous
  • Familiarity with sanitation procedures specific to food production facilities
  • Mechanical knowledge related to brewing equipment or manufacturing machinery is a plus
  • Basic math skills for measurements, conversions, and quality control documentation
  • Understanding of food safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing setting

Pay: $46,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
