We proudly represent an exceptional portfolio of internationally recognized brands and are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our growing team.

Please note: This position is intended for candidates with a proven track record in outbound sales. Applicants who do not meet the minimum experience requirements will not be considered.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory, growing distribution, increasing sales, and building long-term relationships with retail and on-premise customers.

This is a relationship-driven, field sales position that requires initiative, strong business development skills, and the ability to identify new opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities across retail and on-premise accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular account visits and exceptional service.
  • Present and sell our portfolio of premium wine, spirits, and RTD brands.
  • Execute merchandising, promotional, and display opportunities to maximize brand visibility.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend product solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and territory planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the wine, spirits, beer, or beverage alcohol industry is a strong asset.
  • Existing relationships within the retail or hospitality sectors are considered an advantage.
  • WSET or other beverage industry certifications are beneficial but not required.
