Brewer - FULL TIME Rewind Beer Co./The Parkside Brewery – Port Moody, BC

Our teams are growing and we are seeking enthusiastic applicants for several roles. As a Brewer, you will be an integral part our team, ensuring our delicious beer stays excellent until it's in the hands of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Precisely follows all recipes for existing beers
  • Participates in all aspects of beer production including milling/mashing in, fermentation, cellaring, filtration, carbonation, yeast management
  • Assists in packaging operations as required.
  • Follows existing SOPs pertaining to brewing, cellaring and assists with developing / updating SOPs as needed.
  • Maintains detailed data records associated with brewing, cellaring, and related activities.
  • Maintains a high level of safety and compliance with SOPs, policies and procedures
  • Ensures brewing equipment and cellaring equipment is maintained, clean, sanitized and in excellent working order

REQUIREMENTS

  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Physical ability to routinely lift/move heavy objects, work on your feet throughout your shift, bend, squat and climb a ladder
  • Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management/prioritization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with our team as well as work alone to achieve results
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required
  • WHMIS and Forklift Certification considered an asset
  • Must be available to work weekdays and/or weekends
