Rare Events is looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team for the following event:

Great Outdoors Comedy Festival on August 28, 29, 30 at Princes Island Park in Calgary, AB! We pay a competitive rate of $15/hr + guaranteed $15/hr in tips.

We are currently hiring for a number of different positions, including:

  • Drink/Food Runners (Servers)
  • Bartenders
  • Bartender Assistants (BAs)
  • Hawkers
  • Expeditors

Requirements:


  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Must be available to work 1 shift on each of day of the event.
  • Must have a valid ProServe certificate, or be willing to get one prior to starting work. For more information on ProServe, click here.
  • Bartending and/or serving experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for candidates with the right attitude and customer service experience.
