We're looking for a Support/Host who is ready to who is ready to roll up their sleeves, lead with heart, and help us build something exceptional!

Your Role:

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Promptly bus, clear, and reset tables as soon as guests leave. Pre-bus empty glassware and plateware during the meal
• Deliver food and drink orders safely and quickly from the kitchen or bar to the tables
• Welcome incoming guests, answer basic questions, and help maintain a welcoming front entrance
• Keep the dining room, service stations, counters, and restrooms clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Inform managers or servers of special guest needs, severe allergies, or long wait times. Complete assigned opening and closing sidework.
• Support team members as needed to ensure smooth service operations
• Uphold the hotel's brand standards and contribute to a positive team environment
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health & safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience in a premium bar or restaurant providing an elevated service
• Previous hosting or guest service experience is an asset
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Smart serve certification required
• Ability to work the breakfast and dinner service (including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProven ability to achieve deadlines while focusing on department/hotel fiscal results.
