Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast menu items with precision and consistency
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to safety and sanitation standards
  • Serve breakfast dishes efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
  • Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and consistency
  • Handle food safely, adhering to all food handling regulations and best practices
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow

Experience

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques specific to breakfast dishes is advantageous
  • Experience with food safety standards and proper handling procedures is essential
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking methods within the food industry
