Breakfast Line Cook

Hours of Operations 7am-3pm

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where culinary skills and attention to food safety are highly valued. The successful applicant will contribute to creating delicious meals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations
  • Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
  • Follow all food safety protocols during meal preparation and service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Strong understanding of meal preparation and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays if required
