Full job description

We’re seeking an experienced, certified elementary teacher to provide full-time, in-home homeschool instruction for our two children (elementary/K-5 level). This is a dedicated, one-on-one/small-group teaching role covering a full academic curriculum.

.Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver daily lessons across core subjects (reading/language arts, math, science, social studies)
  • Track progress and adapt curriculum to each child’s pace and learning style
  • Provide regular updates to parents on academic progress
  • Create an engaging, structured learning environment at home

Qualifications:

  • Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification preferred
  • Prior experience teaching elementary-aged children (classroom or homeschool)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Patient, warm, and adaptable teaching style
  • Background check required

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (school-day hours)

Location: In-home, Brantford, ON

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
