About the Role

We are seeking an experienced On‑Site Project Manager to lead and oversee large industrial electrical construction projects from mobilization through completion. This role is fully site‑based and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex schedules, crews, and stakeholders in an industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven background managing electrical projects in heavy industrial, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure settings, with a hands‑on approach to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on‑site activities for a large industrial electrical project
  • Coordinate daily operations with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, and material procurement
  • Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Enforce site safety programs and compliance with OSHA and company standards
  • Track progress, costs, and change orders; report regularly to senior management
  • Conduct site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination meetings
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Support commissioning, testing, and project close‑out activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10+ years of project management experience in industrial electrical construction
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (power distribution, MCCs, PLCs, instrumentation, grounding, substations etc.)
  • Proven experience managing large crews and subcontractors on active industrial sites
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work full‑time on site 21-7 shift or 21-14 shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electrical license or engineering background
  • Experience with large‑scale industrial or mission‑critical projects
  • Familiarity with commissioning and start‑up processes
