Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server/Bottle Service team member to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional guest service in a lively restaurant and nightlife environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant setting while honing your customer service and upselling skills.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive bottle service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions throughout their visit
  • Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments responsibly
  • Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining cleanliness at all times
  • Upsell premium bottles or special menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage guest requests promptly, addressing any concerns or special needs with professionalism
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to sanitation guidelines and restaurant policies
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of service stations before and after shifts
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Follow all food handling protocols and safety procedures to ensure guest health and safety

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; experience with serving or bottle service is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or guests efficiently during busy periods
  • Basic math skills for billing, tipping, and cash handling purposes
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; a positive attitude is essential
