Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders promptly, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Proficient in using Positouch POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.

*Business Hours - Sunday - Thursday 11AM-12AM, Friday & Saturday 11AM-1AM.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
