Job Summary

The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations management and decision-making processes.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

• Cocktail Bartending: 1 year (required)
• Restaurant Serving: 1 year (required)
• Restaurant management: 2 years (required)
