Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
• Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per company guidelines
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to assist guests effectively
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies

Experience

• Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of POS systems or cash handling is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously with professionalism
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
