Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service, food handling, and hospitality skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly valued, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist with food presentation, plating, and portioning to ensure quality and consistency
  • Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and sanitation procedures
  • Serve customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during service hours
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
  • Clean and wash dishes, utensils and glassware
  • Maintain cleaningness of the restaurant and perform daily and weekly cleaning duties as per boston pizza satandars.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with the food industry, including food preparation, serving, and food safety practices
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
  • Experience as a barista or in hospitality roles is a plus
  • Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards is desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
