What You'll Do

As a Server, you will:

• Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality to every guest
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and feature menu selections
• Take ownership of your section and provide a consistently excellent dining experience
• Maintain strong awareness of timing, guest needs, and service flow
• Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and leaders
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Support restaurant cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel genuinely cared for
• Help drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and upselling opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a restaurant
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Smart Serve Certification (required)
• Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service periods
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails is considered an asset
