Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling and sales processing
- Upsell products and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in inventory management, including merchandising and stock replenishment
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills required
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and time management capabilities are essential for success in this role
Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
