What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support your crew through daily operations
  • Open/close the store, manage cash and reports
  • Recruit, train, and schedule an awesome team
  • Help the team grow with clear feedback and encouragement
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and keep things stocked just right
  • Take pride in a clean, smooth-running store
  • Make every guest experience “nothing less than WOW”

What You’ll Get:

  • $21-22/hr (based on experience) + tips
