Your Role

As a Bookkeeper at Tunnel49, you'll be the backbone of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Processing payroll and ensuring timely payment to employees.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Conducting regular account reconciliations to maintain accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote work environment.
