Full job description

  • Must have 1+ years experience working with tort and accident benefits matters
  • Preparing legal documents, maintaining files and conducting research
  • Drafting and revising court documents such as mediation and pre-trial memorandums, affidavit of documents, motion records and statement of claims
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, to meet deadlines.
  • file load ranges between 100-150 active files

This is not a remote position. The law clerk is required to work in the office Monday to Friday.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
