Sherwood Marine Centre is looking for a Marine Sales Specialist with real-world boating knowledge, sales confidence, and a great attitude. This isn’t just a sales job — it’s for someone who understands life on the water and knows how to help customers get there.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Selling boats, motors, trailers, and marine accessories
  • Explaining motor types and matching customers with the right setup
  • Measuring boats properly to ensure the correct trailer fit
  • Trailering boats for deliveries and handovers
  • Running sea trials when needed (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds)
  • Using POS systems daily (Lightspeed experience = bonus points)
  • Creating a great in-store experience and building repeat customers

What You Bring to the “Dock”

  • Solid boating knowledge and hands-on marine experience
  • Comfortable working with boat motors and trailers (big asset)
  • Confident backing up and handling trailers
  • Retail sales experience and POS confidence
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Professional, reliable, and motivated to earn commission
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pleasure Craft Operating Liscense
