Assistant Café Manager

Royal Majesty Espresso Bar | Blue Mountain Village

Maybe you’ve been a Shift Supervisor, Key Holder, or Senior Barista… and you’re wondering if you’re ready for the next step.

You probably are.

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to grow into a leadership role. You don’t need years of management experience—we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, enjoys working with people, and is ready to take on more responsibility.

At Royal Majesty Espresso Bar, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders who will help you build the skills and confidence to become an exceptional Assistant Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Help lead the daily operations of our busy café.
  • Support and coach the team throughout each shift.
  • Help train new employees and set a positive example.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Keep the café organized, clean, and running smoothly.
  • Learn the leadership side of the business while remaining hands-on with the team.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have experience in a café, coffee shop, bakery, or fast-paced restaurant.
