  • Training team members and holding them accountable to established standards
  • Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen systems
  • Working collaboratively with Front of House leadership to create exceptional guest experiences
  • Helping execute menu features and seasonal offerings
  • Acting as the leader of the kitchen whenever the Executive Chef is away

  • Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and cost controls
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Clear, professional communication
  • High personal accountability and attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm and lead effectively during busy service periods
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and continuous improvement

Bonus experience:

  • Experience in an elevated casual concept
  • Experience with menu development
  • Red Seal certification (preferred but not required)

What Success Looks LikeAfter your first six months - you'll have:

  • Earned the respect of your team through strong leadership
  • Improved consistency in food quality and execution
  • Demonstrated effective inventory and food cost management
  • Built systems that keep the kitchen organized and efficient
  • Become a trusted operational leader capable of running the kitchen independently

Why Us? We believe great kitchens are built by great leaders. You'll join a collaborative management team that values:

  • Professional development
  • Promotion from within
  • Respectful leadership
  • High culinary standards
