Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile All-Around Handy-person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various maintenance and repair tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong work ethic. As an All-Around Handy-person, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, completing assigned tasks promptly and efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their maintenance and repair needs
  • Complete assigned tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical work
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Drywall repairs
  • Fixture installations
  • General maintenance
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets client expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Prepare and submit invoices to clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a handy-person
  • Proficiency in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
