Full job description

We are seeking a Clinical Program Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of clinical programs through a combination of marketing and operational coordination. This position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple initiatives and contribute to the growth and success of clinical programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences and proven project management experience.

Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Digital Content

  • Assist in the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive program awareness and participation.
  • Update and maintain website content, including research updates and educational materials.
  • Assist with press releases, newsletters, and external communications to maintain consistent organizational messaging.

Outreach Support

  • Coordinate logistics for patient and physician events, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and preparation of event materials.
  • Manage patient sample intake processes, including requisition submission and review, intake tracking, documentation, and coordination with external partners.
  • Assist in expanding patient collection initiatives, including support for growth in Canada.

Program & Project Coordination

  • Assist collecting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for sample intake to measure program success.
  • Support logistics for conferences, trade shows, and other professional events, ensuring smooth execution and consistent representation of the organization.
  • Maintain organized documentation, generate reports, and provide insights to inform program decisions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in scientific communications or clinical program coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership of key workstreams and execution-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel roughly 20% of the time for conferences, partner meetings, and other potential program-related events.
