  • Analyze client data, research findings, and market inputs to identify insights, implications, and business opportunities.
  • Support customer, stakeholder, and expert interviews by preparing guides, capturing findings, and synthesizing themes.
  • Communicate recommendations through clear written, visual, and verbal deliverables for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support workshops, project planning, scoping, and client-ready strategic outputs.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of consulting experience in healthcare, technology, data, or life sciences, with examples of client-facing project work.
  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research, including interview support, data gathering, and synthesis into actionable insights.
  • Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative inputs and translating findings into presentations, reports, or strategic recommendations.
  • Experience supporting client workshops, requirements gathering, or alignment sessions with documented outcomes or decisions.
  • Post-graduate degree such as an MBA, MPH, MSc, or equivalent practical experience in consulting, healthcare, or strategy.

Desired:

  • Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.
  • Experience with design thinking, foresight, future thinking, or co-creation methods in client or project settings.
  • Experience supporting project scoping, work planning, timelines, or workstream coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior clients or cross-functional healthcare stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or broader healthcare commercialization challenges.
