Job Description
Oncoustics is a start-up that uses AI on ultrasound data to help find disease. We are looking to hire a student for an 8 month Co-Op term. Eligible applicants should be in their second year or beyond in a business, engineering, science, or medical based field. Specifics of the opportunity include:
Responsibility
  • Understand company solutions and customer use
  • Test solutions for issues, log concerns, and work with development teams to fix
  • Propose and develop systems to improve QA performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate efficiently with other team members
Requirements
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited Canadian University or College during the co-op placement.
  • Experience in working with technology-based solutions, preferably physical devices and mobile applications
  • Completed at least the second year, and currently enrolled in an accredited Canadian University in Engineering, Comp Sci, Physics, Math, etc
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must be willing to come into our Toronto Office, 155 Queens Quay East
Good To Have
  • Programming experience
  • Prior experience in the biomedical field
  • Self-motivated
