Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and ensuring the highest standards of quality in a regulated manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to provide technical leadership and lead data driven quality and process improvement initiatives that directly impact product excellence, compliance, and operational performance. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, fast paced organization.

Job Status: Permanent, Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Work Location: Onsite
Salary Range: $75,500 – $85,500

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and support quality and process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define critical quality attributes and ensure robust process controls are in place.
  • Apply statistical quality tools (SPC, Cpk, DOE, FMEA) to analyze production data, reduce variability, and continuously improve processes.
  • Investigate non conforming materials, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support internal and external quality audits while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety requirements.
You have:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a GMP regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of statistical quality tools and quality engineering techniques.
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and experience with statistical or quality software.
