You will be part of a team that will be helping families to take steps to insure their future health. It is important to be able to communicate with potential and existing clients to help them to better understand the benefits of the services that are being offered, and how it will help their families on the long run.

Key Responsibilities:

• Share your knowledge of our services with potential customers so that they are confident in proceeding to make a purchase and follow up with inquiries to facilitate the order process
• Assist existing customers to ensure that they are getting the help and assistance they require to have a positive experience
• Assist with additional administrative duties such as client registration and follow-up, as well as resolve technical or account issue
• Assist in laboratory, office administration, marketing and sales development as required

Qualifications:

• Possess bachelor's degree, preferably in Science
• Self-motivated, organized and responsible in the work assigned
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to understand and carry out instructions independently
• Having prior experience in customer service, sales and marketing is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
