Position summary

We are looking for a full-time Senior Stock Specialist to join our team! While leading the stock team, this role’s responsibilities include ensuring efficient daily boutique operations, product flow, and inventory management while acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand.

A day in the life 

  • Effectively communicating with logistics team and store management;
  • Ensuring FIFO while maintaining merchandising excellence; 
  • Receiving merchandise while ensuring accuracy;
  • Creating positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
  • Maintaining an exceptionally organized stock room;
  • Analyzing and creating action plans based on KPI reports (managing shrink).

What will make you successful 

  • Passionate about coffee and sustainability  
  • 2-3 years’ experience in stock, warehouse, or similar role
  • Detail oriented with effective time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
  • Health and safety oriented
  • Able to stand for an entire working day and to life about 40lbs
  • Bilingual French and English an asset
