Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and sales growth. Duties

  • Actively engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and promote our products or services
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and expand our client base
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving issues promptly, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions , making samples to give customers for trials
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in CRM systems while ensuring data integrity
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer experiences
  • Assist clients with billing inquiries, cash handling, and processing transactions efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement

Requirements

  • Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English and at least one additional language; bilingual skills are highly valued
  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
  • Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Demonstrated call center experience or familiarity with phone etiquette standards
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
