Motorcycle Mechanic – Epic Cycles (Full-Time)

Location: Vaughan, ON

Epic Cycles is one of Canada's fastest-growing powersports and electric motorcycle companies. We specialize in electric motorcycles, dirt bikes, e-bikes, scooters, Onewheels, and premium riding gear. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Motorcycle Mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, service, and repair motorcycles, electric motorcycles, dirt bikes, and e-bikes.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance including brakes, suspension, drivetrains, bearings, tires, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  • Assemble and prepare new units for customer delivery.
  • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Test ride units when appropriate to verify repairs and performance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
  • Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with the service team.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop.
  • Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a motorcycle mechanic, powersports technician, or similar role.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience working on gas-powered motorcycles and/or electric motorcycles is an asset.
  • Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and service manuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Valid driver's licence (motorcycle licence is an asset).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with electric motorcycles and e-motos (Surron, Talaria, E Ride Pro, etc.)
  • Suspension setup and servicing.
  • Wheel building.
  • Controller, motor, and battery diagnostics.
  • Experience with bicycle or e-bike repairs.
