Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to guests while expertly preparing and serving food and beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
  • Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety guidelines
  • Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service
  • Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer concerns promptly

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; experience as a bartender is a plus
  • Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and cashiering tasks
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
  • Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Hospitality mindset with a friendly attitude and team-oriented approach
