Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team specializing in Latin American Cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station following food safety protocols
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations
  • Support the team in meal preparation during busy service hours
  • Serve dishes promptly and courteously to customers or servers
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
