Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our automotive dealership operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for the automotive industry and a strong used car back ground. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of dealership management, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering sales initiatives, managing teams, and implementing process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

Duties

  • Lead and oversee daily dealership operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Drive business development efforts by cultivating relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners
  • Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and motivation
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for executive review
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and automotive dealership management
  • Strong leadership skills with previous Automotive experience
  • Excellent project management abilities with a focus on process improvement
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and operational excellence in the automotive sector
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends and performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
