Your Role as Cybersecurity Lead:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the Cybersecurity Lead, your role will include:

  • Setting the strategy by developing and evolving JLR’s cybersecurity roadmap, framework, and policies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Managing risk and compliance through risk assessments, gap analyses, audits, and oversight of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
  • Leading security operations including threat monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and the investigation and remediation of security events.
  • Owning the security toolset by managing and optimizing technologies such as SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, and SOC capabilities (internal or managed).
  • Partnering across IT and the business to embed security into infrastructure, applications, and delivery pipelines.
  • Building capability and trust by acting as JLR’s cybersecurity subject matter expert, mentoring team members, and managing vendors and external partners.
