We are western Canada’s largest Bell Dealer. We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Bell retail team in Swift Current. If you enjoy technology, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in telecommunications sales.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right mobile phones, internet plans, accessories, and smart solutions while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
- Promote and sell Bell mobility, internet, and accessory products
- Help customers choose plans and devices that fit their needs
- Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
- Stay updated on the latest telecom products and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets through customer-focused selling
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for technology and mobile devices
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
