Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Masters Degree Required

Positions Available in Colorado, North Carolina, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Indiana

Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality therapy to children on the autism spectrum, contributing to our mission of providing consistent and effective care.

What We Offer: Your total compensation ($80,000-$117,000 US) consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and reflect both the quality of care you provide and your overall impact, so your earning potential grows with your performance.
  • Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!
  • Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
  • Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 determined by center and ability to start.
  • Long-Term Incentives: $10,000 or more per year once you reach Sr. BCBA or higher through our Citizenship Program.
  • Relocation Packages available: To ease the expenses of your transition.

Work Life

  • Flex Scheduling Benefit! Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year.

Education and Support:

  • Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri
  • Continuing Education: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Masters Degree Required
