We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual to lead our Halifax retail sales and salon service teams.

ABOUT GLAMOUR SECRETS

Our Halifax Shopping Centre location offers an amazing selection of professional hair care products, hair appliances, skincare and more! Plus, our in-store salon provides a wide range of services including cuts, colours and blowouts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Director of Operations for Atlantic Canada, this position will oversee all day to day activities including:

  • Coach and motivate retail and service teams to achieve sales targets
  • Manage scheduling
  • Manage inventory, product displays and promotional programs
  • Assign tasks, prioritize business requirements, oversee employee duties, and ensure operational effectiveness for both salon and retail business
  • Ensure store and salon are kept clean, neat and organized and that all company policies are followed by employees at all times
  • Resolve issues in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ensure a positive work environment for employees and an unmatched, superior customer experience at all times
