Full job description

Experience Calgary is building the most curated collection of premium local experiences in the city — from aviation simulators and live music venues to luxury spas, adrenaline attractions, and exclusive dining.

We are expanding our field team and seeking high-energy Brand Ambassadors to represent the Experience Calgary membership across Calgary through a combination of:

  • Team-based territory campaigns
  • Pop-up and high-traffic activations

This role combines structured territory sales with collaborative team execution. You will be responsible for informing the public about the Experience Calgary program and acquiring new members through confident, professional conversation.

This is a performance-based role inside a fast-moving, ambitious organization. We are building something large — and we are looking for people who want to build with us.

About the Program

Experience Calgary is a premium city-based membership platform that gives members access to exclusive offers and curated experiences across Calgary’s top venues.

Our ambassadors educate the public on:

  • How the membership works
  • The value of the curated offers
  • The savings and experience benefits
  • How to join on the spot

We are not selling a product — we are onboarding members into a lifestyle platform.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Experience Calgary in assigned territories across Calgary
  • Conduct professional residential outreach and community engagement
  • Participate in team-oriented field sales deployments
  • Inform the public about the membership platform and acquire new members
  • Manage assigned territory distribution effectively
  • Demonstrate strong time management and daily productivity discipline
  • Maintain professional presentation standards
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders to achieve performance targets
  • Uphold brand standards and messaging consistency

Qualifications

  • Positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Sales-driven personality with a competitive edge
  • High energy with a “takeover” mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Background in sales or customer service is an asset
  • Comfortable speaking to new people daily
  • Strong personal accountability
  • Ability to manage time and territory independently
  • Reliable and professional appearance

What We Look For

We are not looking for passive personalities.

We are looking for:

  • People who enjoy performance-based environments
  • Individuals who want to grow into leadership roles
  • Ambitious self-starters
  • Team players who elevate group performance

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience, responsibilities, contribution, and results. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are motivated by growth, performance, and opportunity.

Team members benefit from a performance-based compensation structure, advancement opportunities, leadership development, and ongoing support from experienced team leaders.

In addition to compensation, Experience Calgary offers a unique personal wellness benefit program. Eligible team members may receive a monthly wellness allowance of up to $250 that can be used toward fitness memberships, spa treatments, recovery services, beauty services, self-care experiences, and other approved personal wellness expenses.

We believe people perform at their best when they invest in themselves, and our wellness program is designed to support personal growth, wellbeing, confidence, and long-term success.

High performers have significant advancement opportunities within the organization as Experience Calgary continues to grow.

Work Environment

  • In-person field-based role (Calgary)
  • Combination of independent outreach and team deployments
  • Fast-paced and performance-focused
  • Growth-oriented company culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental care
  • Vision care
