TVAM Salon | Barber | Spa is looking for a skilled, professional, and client-focused Hair Stylist / Beauty Specialist to join our growing team in Vaughan.

We are an upscale salon and spa focused on providing premium hair, skin, and beauty services in a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. We are looking for someone who is confident in their craft, reliable, well-presented, and passionate about delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

Some of the duties are:

  • Providing professional hair and beauty services to clients
  • Performing hair extensions
  • Performing chemical hair treatments
  • Women’s haircutting and hairstyling using hot tools.
  • Performing facials and basic skin care services
  • Consulting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired results
  • Recommending suitable services, treatments, and products based on each client’s hair, skin, and beauty goals
  • Upselling salon products, add-on services, treatments, and packages in a professional and client-focused manner
  • Educating clients on aftercare, maintenance, and product use
  • Maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, including stations, tools, equipment, and shared salon spaces
  • Ensuring the salon remains clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day
  • Assisting with reception duties, including answering phone calls, greeting walk-in clients, and booking appointments
  • Providing a welcoming, polished, and high-end client experience from start to finish

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have experience with:

  • Hair extensions
  • Chemical hair treatments
  • Women’s haircutting and hairstyling using hot tools
  • Facials
  • Threading

Assets

  • Face and body waxing
  • Hairstylist license
