Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our dry eye team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and custom dry eye therapy. Your enthusiasm for beauty, combined with your technical expertise and outstanding customer service skills, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow a new addition to our clinic, our aesthetics department.

Duties

• Perform a variety of advanced skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive procedures with precision and professionalism
• Provide expert consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and develop personalized skincare plans
• learn dry eye procedures like IPL, radiofrequency and red light therapy.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and maintenance to ensure optimal results and satisfaction
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail skincare products to enhance client results and support business growth
• Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in strict accordance with health regulations and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Medical Aesthetician or equivalent certification
• Proven experience in performing skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body waxing
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote services confidently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
• Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining integrity and professionalism
• Experience with retail sales, guest services, front desk responsibilities, and product demos is highly desirable
